D3 partnered with Central Force International in 2020 to provide support on a series of national public opinion surveys in Malaysia for the International Republican Institute. Data collection for the survey series is managed by Central Force from their headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, targeting Malaysian citizens age 18+ who are reachable via mobile phones. D3 provides sampling, statistical support, and weighting for the final data to key demographic parameters for analysis at the national level.

While the IRI’s previous report cited confidence in democracy, some general insights from their latest report reveal mixed reviews for democratic development, strong support for youth vote, and split feelings over political parties. To learn more, including access to the full report, click here.
