Matt Warshaw, D3’s COO, was recently invited to present as a guest lecturer at Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California.  CGU is renowned for its professional evaluation services, professional development training, and certificate, master’s, and doctoral programs in Evaluation and Applied Research.  Helping bridge the gap between theoretical understandings of evaluation and the practical challenges associated with conducting international research, Matt shared some of his experiences in building the capacity of local field teams and managing mixed-methods research and evaluation projects in hard to reach environments for a variety of clients.
