Tysons Corner, VA, November 17, 2014 – D3 Systems, Inc. has invested months in a rigorous search and selection process for two highly qualified individuals to join the Administration Team. Now, we are proud to welcome a Staff Accountant and a Human Resources and Administration Manager to D3! We are pleased to have their skills support D3 in our efforts to serve our clientele and uphold our mission.
Alison Haynes, HR and Administration Manager
Alison Haynes has seven years of Human Resources experience. Prior to joining D3 Systems, Inc., she spent 16 years working in the hospitality industry, rounding out her tenure in the Human Resources role. Ms. Haynes manages all aspects of Human Resources for D3, including recruiting, hiring, orientation, benefits enrollment/administration, and personnel management. Additionally, she serves as Office Manager and supervises the administrative team responsible for coordinating general administrative support, IT support, travel, and conferences. Ms. Haynes holds a B.S. from Radford University and is currently working towards her PHR Certification.
Allison Lees, Staff Accountant
Allison Lees is a distinguished Class of 2014 graduate from the University of Virginia, and comes to D3 Systems, Inc. with prior accounting and financial analysis experience within the consulting industry. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in both Economics and Psychology and also brings experience as a research assistant at a micro-finance non-profit. D3 looks forward to having her meticulous eye for detail and project coordination skills applied to the Staff Accountant position. At D3, Ms. Lees is responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll and accounting functions, contract management, and assisting the Controller with financial analysis.
