Jennifer VanRiper comes to the team at D3 with four years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, covering topics that include the rule of law, international security, and political psychology. She is familiar with the entire project life cycle from the proposal stage through data gathering, management, and analysis.  Jennifer holds a dual M.A. in Public Administration and International Relations from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. She received her B.A. in International Relations with a minor in Disaster Studies from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Welcome to the team, Jen!
