VIENNA, Virginia, January 30, 2012 – Today, D3 Systems announces the finalization of its acquisition of a significant share of Infinite Insight, a market research firm operating throughout Africa and based in Nairobi, Kenya. This investment substantially increases D3’s on-the-ground presence in the region and combines D3’s vast global capabilities with Infinite Insight’s breadth of experience in market, social, and media research across Africa. The board members of Infinite Insight are Margit Cleveland, Jane Delorie, Althea McCourt, David Jodice and Matthew Warshaw.

D3 will soon release the results of two D3-sponsored surveys conducted with Infinite Insight during October-November in Kenya and South Sudan. These surveys cover a wide variety of public opinion and media usage topics including, but not limited to, economic issues, foreign affairs, domestic politics, general media use, and social challenges.
