D3 Presents at AEA on Women's Economic Rights

Last week, D3 presented at a widely attended session at the American Evaluation Association’s 2017 Conference held here in Washington, D.C.

D3 Research Analyst, Samera Zaidi, led the panel on ‘Measuring intangibles: Methodological challenges in gender analysis.” We were excited to share our methodology for a baseline evaluation on the perceptions of women’s economic rights in Afghanistan. This baseline evaluation identified domains within women’s economic empowerment unique to conservative environments, where women’s participation in the economy is limited.

To learn more about the methodology, access the slide deck here.
