In 2003 D3 joined with BBSS of Bulgaria to create the Afghan Center for Socio-Economic and Opinion Research (ACSOR), the first registered research firm in Afghanistan. ACSOR continously conducts qualitative and quantitative research projects for an international client base. D3 Systems and BBSS continue to provide close project management expertise while developing a strong management team of Afghans leading a multi-ethnic and gender-balanced field team. Today ACSOR has offices in Kabul, Mazar, Kandahar, and Jalalabad.
