DAVID A. JODICE, President

David A. Jodice is the founder and President of D3 Systems, Inc.  Dr. Jodice earned his PhD at Harvard University. After teaching at Harvard and Georgetown Universities, he joined Research Management Services in 1984 and created D3 in 1985 to provide a variety of services to government, media, NGOs and business. He has extensive experience worldwide in survey research management and analysis.  Key areas of expertise include media audience measurement, public opinion polling, elections forecasting, and consumer studies.

MATTHEW WARSHAW, Vice President

Mr. Warshaw has an M.A. from Georgetown University and fourteen years experience conducting public opinion surveys, media research and evaluation, and  providing research support for various international organizations. He has extensive experience in setting up research operations, logistics and foreign personnel management in post and current conflict settings such as Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Chechnya, Haiti, Iraq, Kosovo, Nigeria and Pakistan. Mr. Warshaw has served as managing director of ACSOR-Surveys, D3′s Afghan research subsidiary, since 2005 and takes responsibility for financial oversight, quality assurance, and staff training. He is also an active participant in research design, analysis, and presentation on behalf of D3 and ACSOR.

CAROL A. MAXWELL, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Maxwell manages the financial, contracting, human resources and general administration functions for D3 Systems.  Her 24 years of experience include senior positions in both the U.S. government in the areas of contracting, personnel and security, and in public accounting specializing in business and individual tax, audit and foreign taxation. Ms. Maxwell received a BA from Montclair State University and her certification as a CPA from the state of Virginia.
